Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's location is perfect, very central with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The rooms are a bit claustrophobic, and the under the bed entry room was cold. The service is great, with a warm and cozy ambiance and always friendly staff. The dining experience, although situated in the city center with a view outside, was average. The hotel's facilities are well-kept. The luggage storage area is not secure, which is a drawback.
The hotel is situated in a very central location, just a short walk from Uppsala C train station and close to the vibrant city center. While the rooms were cozy and clean, they seemed to echo and could get a bit overwhelming and noisy, especially during busy weekends. The service was exceptional, with attentive staff who were always ready to assist. The dining experience was a highlight, offering a variety of delicious options that were a delight to savor. However, accessing the property by car might be a bit challenging due to pedestrian streets nearby.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The room was a bit small for two people to move comfortably, but it was chosen by some in my group. The service was a bit confusing as they took away personal items from the room, but they tried their best to handle all guests. The location is excellent, very central with plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. The dining experience was wonderful, with a wide variety of food choices including making your own waffles. However, the facilities were a bit lacking, especially in the lighting department.
